Do you have a complaint?

We do our best to always help you as well as possible. However, it can happen that you are not satisfied with something. If that is the case, we would like to hear about it, because we would rather work it out with you than have you walk around feeling dissatisfied.

Feel free to contact us so that we can enter into dialogue and reach a suitable solution together. Should you prefer to have your complaint assessed by an independent party, you can contact the Royal Dutch Dental Association via knmt.nl.
